Ziggy Hub Terms of Use
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms are between you and Adam Williams ("we", "us"), who makes Ziggy Hub ("Ziggy"). By using Ziggy or myziggyhub.com, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].
Using Ziggy
Ziggy is a home assistant for you and your household. Use it lawfully and only with accounts, devices and homes you're allowed to control. Don't use it to watch or record people without their permission where the law requires it.
Your accounts and other companies
Ziggy works with services from other companies (AI companies, stores, and home and car services). You need your own account with each one, their terms apply to your use of them, and any charges they make (such as AI usage, groceries, subscriptions or car charging) are between you and them. We aren't responsible for those services, and they can change or stop working with Ziggy at any time.
Actions Ziggy takes for you
Ziggy can control devices and place things in carts when you ask. Check important actions yourself. Anything that spends money waits for you to confirm on your own device. Don't rely on Ziggy for emergencies, medical decisions or safety systems. Call 911 in an emergency.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled. In short: it stays on your own devices and hub.
Provided as is
Ziggy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error free or always available.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything done by another company's service. Our total liability for any claim about Ziggy is limited to the amount you paid us for Ziggy in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Ending use
You can stop using Ziggy at any time by removing the app and the hub software. We may stop offering Ziggy or a feature at any time.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using Ziggy after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
